Villa College has been awarded Gold Approved Learning Partner status by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) for its 2013-2014 tuition. For the first time Villa College received ACCA Approved Gold Learning Partner Status on 2013 and this renewal represents the consistency of Villa College in meeting the high quality and performance targets laid out by ACCA. The ACCA Approved status is granted only to high-quality tuition providers that ACCA is confident to recommend to students after assessing each institution against challenging quality assurance measures and performance indicators.
According to ACCA, “ACCA Approved learning partner has proven track records of students getting students through the exam successfully. They are known for the quality assurance, facilities and support to help the students successfully completes the examinations.”
ACCA is the one of the fastest growing Accountancy body with students doing the qualification in more than 170 countries.
In this region both Sri Lanka and India has five ACCA approved learning partner respectively among hundreds of ACCA tuition providers. Villa College has been the only approved learning partner of ACCA for the last two years in the Maldives. Presently the Villa College teaches ACCA qualification to over 300 students including 25 students who are doing their professional level papers at Villa College.
In 2013 examination sessions, Villa College pass rate stayed above the work average for most of the examinations proving the high quality tuition support administered to students doing ACCA at with Villa College. In addition to approved learning partner, Villa College is also an ACCA approved Computer Based Examination Centre of ACCA. The next target of Villa College is to move into more elite phase recognition of approval by becoming a platinum approved learning partner of ACCA.
