Present govt should be a govt which helps people with special needs - Ilham
Dhangethi constituency MP, Ilham Ahmed has said that the present government should be a government which helps the people with special needs.

MP Ilham said that the current government and its allies will be faced by defeat. Speaking at the Peoples’ Majlis, Ilham said that the people with special needs have been very restricted.

He said that the current government has been providing others with subsidies and allowances but no staff.

In his speech, Ilham said that the inauguration of the new programmes was an important step in realizing the Maldives’ aspirations of becoming a more civilized and moral society. He also stated that the country’s goal today was to become an example of a united, compassionate society that advocates human rights.

Ilham said that the government should give all the necessary help required to those with special needs and others.

Ilham expended their experohis assurance that the Government should work towards training professionals who could support these individuals.
