State Trading Organization (STO) has stated that the shops of STO will be open for business even if there is no electricity.
STO General Manager, Regional Sales, Ahmed Shifan said that if there is no electricity then the bills should be done manually and the customers should be served. He said that the transactions made during the time when there was no electricity should be entered to the system once the electricity is back.
STO Managing Director Adam Azim said that STO is a company which wants to provide the customers with ease and professional customer service.
During the ceremony held to open the STO pharmacy in K. Dhiffushi, Adam Azim told the staff to always make the customers there number one priority and focus.
