Jumhooree Party leader, Gasim Ibrahim has said that all of the people should work to change the state of the nation and aim for success.
Gasim Ibrahim made this remark answering a question raised by Miadhu Daily on the occasion of the Hijri new year.
Gasim Ibrahim said that there are many lessons that can be learned from the Hijra. He said that one of the most important lesson is that if we work honestly and earnestly then we will reach success.
The change from one state to the other is also a lesson that can be derived from the Hijra which encourages one to continue on the path to success, he said.
“Muslims worked hard to be successful and to raise the religion of Allah. They became those who were honoured above all. They did by rightfully using their faculty of thinking that Allah has given them. They reached success by sacrificing their lives and waging Jihad. And in the end their rights were returned, their aims were reached,” he said.
Gasim Ibrahim said that although today marks 1436 after the hijra, it should not be something that should bring any discouragement or change to our aim.
He underscored the importance of strengthening the creed upon the Qur’an and Sunnah thereby implementing them.
