Acting Minister of Health, Mohamed Nazim has said that the health services of the Maldives will be upgraded as good as in the health services provided in neighbouring countries.
Speaking at the ceremony held to inaugurate the Kolhufushi STO Pharmacy, Minister Nazim said that President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has fulfilled every promise he made to the people.
Minister Nazim reiterated that the current government is a government which will fulfill all promises and will not be a government which only shows dreams to the people but will also fulfill those dreams.
He said that he is now working to alleviate the appalling state from the health sector under the guidance of President Yameen.
“It is a promise of the government to build 100 housing units in this house. The work will be commenced next year. Priority will also be given to resolve the electricity issue faced by the islanders,” he said.
He said that the government will do what is best for the people and the nation.
