Ministry of Youth and Sports has opened opportunity to apply for national youth award and Shaheed Jawad memorial plate.
National Youth Award is an award given by the government since 1999, to appreciate the important work done by the youth for the development of Maldives, to encourage such effort and support the young people to possess good character which would benefit the society.
This award is dedicated to young people between the ages of 18 to 35, who had served, and who are currently in service for the benefit of the society. This award is given on the information provided by an organization, an Individual, a company or a club/NGO operating in Maldives, to signify an effort of a youth.
The application form for the award will be available from the ministry of youth, the official website of the ministry, youth center and atoll councils. The deadline for the application is 20th October 2014.
