Secretary General of the Jumhooree Party, Ahmed Sameer has said that the party leader Gasim Ibrahim is an inspiration for the youth.
Speaking to Miadhu Daily, Sameer said that Gasim Ibrahim’s main focus includes making the youth Maldives beneficial for the Maldivian nation. He said that this is evident even from the current activities of the Jumhooree Party.
Sameer said that many of the youth are taking advantage of the opportunity provided by the Jumhooree Party to open the main platform of the party, M. Kunooz as sports center. He said that Gasim has now increased the facilities with the attraction of many youth to the center.
Sameer said that the opportunity is open every day from afternoon 4 to 6:00 and from 8:00 to 12:00 hrs. He said that Kunooz is not only open for members of the Jumhooree Party but is open to all interested youth regardless of their political affiliation.
Sameer said that the Jumhooree Party gives special importance to the youth spending their time wisely.
“Our leader always says that the youth are the future of the nation. Therefore what Jumhooree Party is doing today is building the nation,” he said.
