Economic Council Co-Chair and Fisheries and Agriculture Minister Dr. Mohamed Shainee has stated that Saudi Governemnt will provide assistance to various projects within the i-havan endeavor.
He said the preparations to begin the project were currently underway.
President Abdullah Yameen had said that when MTCC’s large dredger is brought to the country at the end of the year, the land reclamation will begin. I-havan will include a yatch marina, cruise liner marina, a dockyard amongst other facilities. President Yameen had announced the project is a MVR 4.5 billion project.
