Ungoofaaru Constituency MP Jaufar Dawood has said no one in the Maldives was concerned about the actions carried out by a few individuals abroad and that public was clamoring for projects that would bring development to the nation.
Speaking in the ceremony held to display the new vehicles to MWSC, Dawood said the citizens were not concerned over the actions of a few political figures abroad.
“They saw the lack of development in the islands years before, the sad state of the public. They now see the development brought in the short period of time, the benefits to the public,”
He said in the short period of time the companies that were bankrupt were reversed and now have begun to yield profits. He added that the citizens wanted to see development and that there was no room for those who disrupt public disorder.
