The MOU for construction of 12 classrooms in Ihavandhoo School has been signed.
The agreement was made with Amin Construction for MVR 12.79 million to be completed in 300 days.
State Minister Ahmed Shafeeu and Amin Construction Managing Director Abdullah Mohamed signed the agreement on behalf of their agencies.
Shafeeu said the classrooms will be completed by March end next year and will resolve the space issues in the school.
Ihavandhoo school conducts classes from LKG to grade 12, with 841 students enrolled in the school.
