Indian cabinet passes to implement India Maldives tourism promotion
Indian cabinet has passed to implement the agreement signed between Maldives and India on collaborating on the tourism field.

The Cabinet said that collaborating with a nation such as Maldives, a nation that is already well established in tourism, will bring immense benefits and insights to the Indian tour sector. The Cabinet also said this was a pledged made by Modi Government.

With this agreement, the two countries will be able to collaborate in cross promoting tourism initiative in the other country and will provide immense opportunities for tour operators. It will also facilitate information exchange, human resource development, advertising tourism and exchange information via media.
