FAM has accepted the candidacy of Ahmed Thoriq, the sole candidate who had contested for the position of the body’s President.
FAM today said that they had accepted Thoriq’s candidacy and the decision was made by the electoral committee.
Mohamed Kaleem (Sony Kaleem) and Ali Umar will be contesting for the two Vice President spots in the elections to be held on May 31.
Ahmed Shakeeb, Assad Abdul Ghanee, Mohamed Easa, Ahmed Zareer Ahmed Shiyam and Aishath Nazima will be contesting as additional members.
