Saudi Arabia provides free health services to Hajj piligrims from all over the world. This includes all medication and services fees.
The service is provided by state hospitals. Although it is usual to spend some time in queue to get the service, the pilgrim will be consulting the doctor with no more than two hours.
Saudi Hospitals normally are expensive and a simple IV costs about 200 Riyals. Private clinics are also costly.
Some Hajj groups take the pilgrims to private clinics for the ease of access. However, state run hospitals are much cheaper than these clinics.
It should be noted that if Maldivian Hak pilgrims are aware of this then this will bring a lot a relief. Hajj groups can also make arrangements for the pilgrims to get better health services.
They can take all pilgrims who need medical assistance in one vehicle together to hospitals where free health care services are provided for Haj pilgrims.
