Ministry of Education has stated that the education policies of the government cannot be implemented in the schools without having close ties with the Principals.
Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Abdul Muhsin Mohamed said that it is important to strengthen ties with the school principals to implement the government policies in schools.
He said that if there is no connection between the Ministry and the principals, it is witnessed that the policies of the government are not implemented in those schools.
In the program held to strengthen this bond between the Principals of the schools of Haa Alif atoll and Haa Dhaal Atoll and the Ministry, Dr. Abdul Muhsin underscored the importance of this bond.
He said that there should not be any officials in the ministry or any principals who cannot be contacted through phone. He said that if the head is busy then there should be a way to contact his or her deputy.
