Amin Contruction has been tasked with the project of constructing a mosque in GDh. Gahdhoo.
The mosque will have a capacity of 900 people.
Speaking in the signing ceremony in the Ministry on Thursday, Dr. Ahmed Ziyad Baqir said the project had been in planning for a while and that finally it had come to realization.
Dr. Ziyad said Amin Construction was the best partner for such a project, noting they had completed all previous projects on the given schedule.
Gahdhoo is the second most populated island in the atoll. Prayers have been conducted in an interim mosque after human remains were discovered in the main mosque four years ago.
The project is to be completed in 365 days.
