MATATO and Liveboard Association of the Maldives has held discussions on tourism development and promoting Maldives as a destination in collaboration with the Government.
The parties today discussed on jointly participating in trade fairs, conducting training programs and actions that can be taken against parties bringing in tourists illegally.
Additional dialogue was held on ways in which they can collaborate with the Government to promote the tourism sector.
Liveaboard Association said that due to these discussions the members of the two Associations will be able to conduct business easily.
