Islamic Ministry has revealed that discussions have been held on implementing Islamic rehabilitation practices to treat drug addicts.
Islamic Ministry stated that the discussions were conducted in a meeting held today between Islamic Minister Dr. Ahmed Ziyad Baqir and visiting scholars from the Faculty of Medicine from Azhar University.
In today’s meeting held with medical professors from the Faculty conducting the “Dharul Ashra” radiology and scanning center, discussions centered on establishing scanning centers across various parts in the country and telemedicine services.
The visiting delegation will also hold meetings with Health Minister and is scheduled to visit some hospitals.
Senior officials of the Ministry attended today’s meeting.
