Adam Azim, sibling of former Defense Minister Colonel (Rtd) Mohamed Nazim, has stated that his brother will return from Singapore once his doctors allowed it.
Azim added that doctors had recommended stay in Singapore as part of the treatment.
He further said the family had submitted two letters to Maldives Correctional Service, requesting for an extension.
Maldives Correctional Service had ordered the retired Colonel to return back to home, after Home Ministry had ordered his release for medical treatment abroad.
Azim further noted that even Colonel Nazim wished to return back home as well, and once the doctors issued an all clear he will return home.
