President Abdullah Yameen Abdul Qayyoom has transferred the administration of Hulhumale’ Hospital to Aasandha Office management, with a governing body to oversee the processes.
This is the first time a government had been transferred to Aasandha management.
Hulhumale’ Hospital manager Ahmed Shakir has been transferred to Health Ministry and the Hospital has been handed over to Ahmed Azeem.
