Dhiraagu has revealed that the company had fully completed the upgrade work carried out on their fixed network.
Under the project, the technical equipment located in Dhiraagu Customer Front Office and Meduhziyaaraai Magu site had been transferred to a new location. During this period, some of the customers had experienced issues in service. Dhiraagu had offered to discount 20 percent of the bill for March month.
Dhiraagu Customer Service and Sales Director Ali Riyaz said that Dhiraagu had always stressed on providing the best service to customers, expanding their infrastructure to cater to the demand. He added that Dhiraagu was deeply sorry that the losses and inconvenience caused by lack of service.
He assured that once the service upgrade was complete, then they can continue to providing services better than before.
