MTCC CEO Ibrahim Abdu Razzaq Haleem has stated that MTCC will always seek to work closely with their customers.
He made the statement speaking in the opening ceremony of the Thilafushi branch, which will sell industrial gas and sigma products. Haleem noted that the Thilafushi branch was opened to serve their customers closely.
Ibrahim Abdu Razzaq Haleem said that to fulfill that aspect of their business, the company had opened additional outlets in the country.
“We had arranged so that spare parts can be made available from all atolls,” he said.
Ibrahim Abdu Razzaq Haleem added that Thilafushi branch will sell fiber boat building materials and that spare parts will be made available from the branch in the near future.
“Now customers have to buy items transport it to ferries and ship them to Thilafushi. This greatly inconveniences the clients. We are eliminating that issue,” he said.
Ibrahim Abdu Razzaq Haleem said that with the opening of the Thilafushi grounds, the average prices of acquiring the products will lessen as the goods will be made available at the same prices as in Male’ branch.
