MTCC has stated that the passengers will get easier access to ferries once the ferry terminal expansion was completed.
MTCC Bureau Executive Shifau Ali said that the company was aiming to finish the project by March end and once completed, the ferry terminal will be able to cater to 100 passengers at once.
The ferry terminal is being expanded with a shaded area for passengers using motorcycles.
The current ferry terminal is overcrowded at peak times, causing immense difficulties to passengers.
