Maldives National University (MNU) has opened 4155 course slots.
MNU said that among these are Masters, Bachelors and Certificate level programs.
MNU Registrar Saudhullah said that out of this 2485 slots were from the Male’ camps and the rest will be conducted from the open learning centers and atoll campuses of the University.
MNU added that 80 percent of the course fee will be provided by the Government and the students will have to pay only 20 percent of the fee. With the structure, students will have to pay an amount as low as MVR 2500 per semester. The total semester fee for one course can be as low as MVR 12500.
Applications for courses will be released from 3rd April. The last date for application is the 25th of May. MNU added that online applications are not yet accepted.
