Tour operator Kuoni has revealed that Maldives remain the top destination for outbound tourists amongst English travelers.
A Kuoni research has said that Maldives was the top destination due to the natural beauty, beaches, environment and seas were among the top reasons for choosing the destination.
Thailand and Sri Lanka were top destinations as well, with Myanmar rising in popularity.
A larger number of English tourists have been visiting local guesthouses, in light of the economic issues facing the country.
