Development should not be restricted to anyone place- Shahudee

Hanimadhoo constituency MP, Hussein Shahudee has said that the development of Maldives should not be restricted to any one place but the whole of Maldives should be focused.

Speaking to Miadhu Daily, Shahudee said that the developmental projects conducted so far in the history of Maldives were based on the political motive of the governments of that time. He said that developmental plans were restricted to only certain places instead of focusing on the whole country.

Shahudee said that developmental projects should not be politicized or else not all of the people will taste the sweetness of development and progress.

He stressed the importance of focusing on benefiting all people of Maldives when allocating budget for next year and establishing the special economic zones.
