President Abdullah Yameen Abdul Qayyoom has accepted the invitation to attend the Kunming Expo 2016.
The invitation was extended by visiting Vice Governor of Yunnan Province Liu Huiyan during his call to the President, held on Monday.
President accepted the invitation and stated that he was looking forward to the visit next year. Additionally, the President stated that Maldivian craftsmen were looking forward to participating in the Kunming Expo.
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Governor invited the Maldivian Government and Business sector to visit Kunming next year and highlighted that Maldives would be a key participant of the Kunming Expo.
