STO Managing Director Ahmed Shaheer has said that the company aimed to provide trusted goods and services to the public through their network.
He made the statement addressing the staff in a special assembly held in STO Head Office to mark the organization’s 51st anniversary.
Shaheer noted the work carried out by the company in the country’s economy, infrastructure and social development in the past 50 years.
Shaheer announced a plan to send two employees of the company on Hajj trips annually. He also pledged that STO employees will be able to take part in the housing scheme created by Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
In the ceremony, STO launched “Will” campaign. The campaign covers a whole range of activities, such as social development, environmental protection and financial self-sufficiency for STO employees and customers. Under the campaign a network will be created between STO management and staff.
STO had launched many successful campaigns to reduce costs and strengthen administration.
