Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture Dr. Mohamed Shainee has held discussions with Alexender Karchava, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Maldives, to export fish products of Maldivian companies to Russia.
Foreign Minister Dunya Maumoon, Adnan Ali and Mohamed Waseem Ismail from Maldives Seafood Processors Association, Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company’s Executive Office Adly Ismail, Maldivian Ambassador in Sri Lanka Zahiya Zareer and some top officials of the foreign ministry participated in the meeting held between the Fisheries Minister Dr. Shainee and Alexender Karchava, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Maldives.
In addition to this, during the meeting , Minister , Dr Mohamed Shainee and Ambassador of the Russian Federation various ways of cooperation in terms of Fisheries and Agriculture sector and assured Seychelles cooperation in the development.
