ACC’s work will be better than before- Luthfee

President of the Anti Corruption Commission Hassan Luthfee has said that the works of the commission will be hopefully better than before as the commission commences their work in a new term.
He said that the commission will try to work better than before with the new members elected to the commission.
Luthfee said that the commission has worked without any undue influence during the past five years and have never been biased to any particular people.
He said that the investigations carried out by the commission will not be prejudiced and biased to any particular individual, group, party, institution or government. He said that they will do everything in their power to make the investigation as just and fair as possible.
Meanwhile, President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom appointed five members to the Anti-Corruption Commission. The newly appointed members are Hassan Luthfee, Uz. Muaviz Rasheed, Aminath Minna, Yazumeed Mohamed, and Sofwath Mohamed.
President Yameen presented the letter of appointment to the members at a ceremony held at the President’s Office on Tuesday morning.
