Lily Enterprises Chairman Ahmed Nasir (Mallaa Nasir) has said that he hoped that the second Maldives Investment Forum currently ongoing in Beijing, China, will be a boost to tourism and development.
Speaking from Beijing to Miadhu, Nasir said that many had visited the forum and enquired on the investment opportunities in the country. He
also said that the Forum had advertised the country to the whole of China and that his was a big development for the nation.
Nasir added that the Forum was conducted successfully.
He also said that had the President been able to attend the Forum it would have been a bigger boost, given that he has been accepted by all nations.
