Dhivehi Rayyithunge Party (DRP) Leader and former Nolhivaram constituency MP Mohamed Nasheed (colonel) and Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) Chairperson former Thoddoo constituency MP Ali Waheed has held a secret meeting.
In the meeting held on Friday at the MDP head office, MDP Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson Ali Niyaz also participated.
Speaking to Miadhu Daily, DRP Interim leader Nasheed said that the details of the meeting cannot be publicized as it is a secret meeting.
He said that the meeting was held to hold political discussions between the two parties and to discuss regarding the concerns raised in the society today.
In this regard, Nasheed said that the issue of the missing Minivannews journalists Ahmed Rizwan was also discussed.
