Sheikh Abdul Latheef has stated that all things are ordained by God and urged all to gain lessons from the fact that not everything will remain the same constant way.
He made the statement delivering the sermon given in the prayers held in connection to the super blood moon eclipse, held in Islamic Center.
In his sermon, Sheikh likened the eclipse of the moon to that of the human life, citing that God was capable of ending lives in the same manner. He said that this was evident in the large scale disasters occurring in all parts of the world and called on all Muslims to take heed from such events.
He called on all Muslims to remember and reflect on the infinite mercy and our sins. Sheikh also called on all to pray for God’s mercy and to rectify our mistakes.
