President ratifies Third Amendment Bill to the Penal Code

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom has on Thursday ratified the Third Amendment Bill to the “Penal Code” (Act No. ‎‎9/2014).

The Amendment was passed by the Parliament at the 28th sitting ‎of its second session, on 27th August 2015.

Following ratification, the Bill has been published in the Government Gazette.
