Silicon Valley entrepreneur and 650klabs owner Mark Zawaki has held a lecture in the Maldives titled “Disruptive Innovation, the Digitization of Every Industry and What We Can Learn From Silicon Valley”.
The lecture organized by Maldives National University (MNU) and Dhiraagu, was inaugurated by Economic Minister Mohamed Saeed. Speaking in the opening address Minister Saeed stated it was remarkable that Dhiraagu has held such a lecture that was extremely crucial as the Government was initiating many economic reforms.
He said that business development was key to ensure economic growth and stated that he was sure that such lectures will have a positive impact.
Dhiraagu reported that business development was a key aim of the company and that this lecture was part of the company’s social responsibility plan.
Participants of the lecture said that the lecture was insightful and was a vital learning experience.
