STO’s July net profit reaches MVR 38 million
Managing Director of the State Trading Organization (STO), Adam Azim has said that the net profit of the company for the month of July is MVR 38 million.

Managing Director Adam Azim revealed this at the press conference held at STO Head Office. He said that STO is working to get an average net profit of 40 to 45 million Ruffiya per month.

Adam Azim said that the net profit generated per month will be varying but so far STO has been achieving their goal of generating a net profit of 40 to 45 million Ruffiya per month.

The company’s managing director said that STO has increased its income without increasing the price of any of the commodities sold by the company.

In addition to this, he said that the company’s campaign to decrease the expenditure has so far been very successful.

Since the inception of Adam Azim as the Managing Director, STO has been very successful so far.

In the first three months of this year, STO’s profit reached MVR 131 million. This is the highest profit achieved by the company in the first three months of an year.

STO’s total profit for the year 2013 was MVR 128 million. The profit gained by the company in the first three month of this year alone is much more than the total profit gained by STO in the year 2013.

Adam Azim said that the target is to achieve a high profit without increasing the price of goods and services.

Adam Azim said that STO has held various promotions and sold goods at very cheap rates. He said that this is a remarkable success achieved by the company for gaining such a big profit without increasing the price of any good or services provided by the company.
