Tree Top Investments Pvt. Ltd. Shareholder Champa Hussain Afeef has stated that once the Tree Top Hospital was opened, it will eliminate the cost and hassle for Maldivians who travel abroad for medical treatment.
Afeef made the statement in the ceremony to lay the foundation for the Hospital and stated that this Hospital will bring an end to the hassle of visas and finances for such treatments. Afeef added that the purpose of the investment was to ensure that the health sector of the nation developed.
He stated that the Hospital will become a regional contender with many brand new services available for all the citizens. Afeef also said that the company was working to bring in the best local talent for nursing and doctoral positions in the hospital. He stated that the company was also working to secure training positions for local nurses.
Afeef is a long term investor into the nation’s economy. Herethere, the first resort in Addu City, was one of his projects.
