Vice Chancellor of University of West England, Steve West, has stated that Villa College has the capability to become an internationally acclaimed university.
West stated this in a video message broadcast in a ceremony held Sunday to mark the start of University of West England degree programs in Villa College.
West said that he has had the opportunity of seeing Villa College upfront and that he had seen that the College was capable of being a “member of a large family” of university programs.
West recognized the work carried out by Villa College Chairman and Rector to ensure that the standards were maintained in the College. He noted that this contributed directly to the future successes of the College.
West also congratulated the College for starting University of West England programs. He also said that the Villa College would receive all the assistance in carrying out the programs and expressed interest in carrying out more projects with Villa College.
Under the University of West England degree programs, students can study Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Business and Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Business Management with Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Accounting and Finance and Bachelor of Arts (Honors) Business and Management.
Villa College reports that the duration of these programs is three years and three months and that students can now apply for these programs. The deadline for the applications for September intake in 30th July 2015.
