Imad Solih has stated that it was vital that all parties unite and hold discussion in order to find a solution for the issues facing the nation.
Speaking in VTV’s Fasmanzaru show, Imad Solih said that the Government should be allowed to remain in power for the duration of their legal term. He added that the Government should also listen to the concerns of the opposition.
Imad said that in the event the opposition views were not heard by the Government, there will always be room for discord and opposition actions on the road will become a common place. He added that it would not be a wise decision for the Government to carry out their five year term in power in such a manner.
Imad said that the three principles put forward by the Government were valid principles. He also said that joint negotiations were vital as some of those principles mandated changes to the Constitution.
Imad stated that continuous protests were a sign of the breakdown of communication between the Government and the opposition.
