The Commissioner of Police Hussein Waheed has noted the work being done by the Maldives Police Service to maintain peace and order, expressing his appreciation of the effort.
While meeting the police management board, the Commissioner noted that the police are up taking more work along with their normal duties and said that the work is greatly appreciated and extended his thanks to the police officers along with their families for their support.
During the meeting discussions on improving the police service in the capital and the atolls also took place.
