High Court has issued verdict on the Criminal Court to appeal the search warrant issued by the Criminal Court to search the premises of G. Enif, where former Defence Minister Colonel (retired) Mohamed Nazim was living.
The High Court ruled that the search order cannot be considered null and the evidences found under that order cannot be invalidated.
The reason that the High Court showed was that the judges presiding over the trial have agreed that a ruling can be made regarding the case.
The Prosecutor General is charging Nazim for planning to assassinate some top officials of the government using weaponry.
Colonel (retired) Nazim denied the allegations made against him.
