Jumhooree Party leader, Gasim Ibrahim always works for the development of the Maldivian nation, says the party’s secretary general Ahmed Sameer.
Sameer said that Gasim is the philanthropist who assisted most Maldivians and is the only individual who provides most services to Maldivians.
He said that Gasim’s understanding and warmth towards the people of Maldives is possibly what has made him the prolific and the modest figure Maldivians love.
Sameer said that Gasim should be noted as one the very few pioneers who promoted democratic reform in the Maldives. He said that the Jumhooree Party leader layed the most vital role in introducing a multi-party democracy to Maldives.
He added that Gasim initiated and remained in the reform movement to bring democracy to Maldives since 40 years ago.
“One of those who noted these are the PPM President, former President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom during the coalition meeting held at Nasandhura Palace Hotel following the 2013 election success. In front of all the people Gayoom stated after Boduthakurufaanu, Gasim Ibrahim is the one who provided most services to the nation,” he said.
Sameer said that no one will believes the lies and false accusations made by PPM Deputy Leader Ahmed Adheeb against Gasim Ibrahim.
