Adhaalath Party has condemned the arrest of former Defence Minister Colonel (retired) Mohamed Nazim.
Adhaalath Party President Sheikh Imran Abdulla said in a tweet that Nazim is oppressed and Adhaalath Party is always against oppression.
Sheikh Imran said that he is certain that Nazim will never conspire to kill anyone to come to power.
Adhaalath Party President raised concern regarding the government intimidating and oppressing the people.
He said that the oppressors should fear Allah as there is no screen between the supplication of the oppressed and Allah.
