Housing Ministry has stated that the ministry will be installing street lights in dark alleys of Male’.
Speaking to Miadhu Daily, Housing Minister Dr. Mohamed Muizz said that the ministry in a joint operation with Maldives Police Service have identified all the dark alleys in Male’.
He said that Maldives Police Service did a very good job and provided a good research. He said that all the dark alleys will be lighted up based on the research of the police.
Dr. Muizz said that this project will be conducted within the budget of the Housing Ministry.
Many raise concern regarding the frequent number of motorcycles being stolen from the Masveringe Park area.
