Islamic Ministry commences bidding process for Hajj 1436
Ministry of Islamic Affairs has opened the bidding process for the Hajj 1436.

According to the announcement made the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, the format of the proposal should be within the guidelines regarding sending people to Hajj Pilgrimage.

The Ministry stated that the interested parties should submit their proposals for the bidding process before 10:00 a.m. of 26th February.

According to the national guidelines dealing with Hajj related issues, at most two people from every Hajj group can be in the proposal meeting and at least one should be present.

The Ministry added that the proposal should include a letter confirming the position of the person who submits the proposal on behalf of the Hajj group. The ministry stated that a letter stating the approval of the Hajj group and the identity card of the submitter should also be brought for the proposal meeting.

The announcement stated that the submitted proposals will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on 26th February.

Ministry of Islamic Affairs revealed that three groups will be nominated to sponsor trips to pilgrimage for one year and they selected will get 134 seats each.

Furthermore, the ministry stated that marks will be awarded according to the cost of the pilgrimage presented in the proposal.

The ministry added that the highest marks will be given to the proposal with the lowest cost.
