Jumhooree Party Deputy Leader Ameen Ibrahim has said that the Jumhooree Party is trying to establish a law abiding government for the people.
Ameen Ibrahim made this remark speaking to the media regarding the talks held between Jumhooree Party and the Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP).
Ameen Ibrahim revealed that both the parties had agreed to work together to protect the Constitution in and even outside the Parliament. He added that further details of these works will be shared once a plan of action is finalized.
The Deputy Leader of the Jumhooree Party stated that the government that the Jumhooree Party worked so hard to establish is now committing unconstitutional acts.
MDP Chairperson, Ali Waheed stated that the works MDP and JP are to do together will be successful, bringing out good results for the people.
