Deputy Minister at the Islamic Ministry and Chairperson of Hajj Corporation, Dr. Aishath Muneeza has said that the Hajj Corporation has the capacity to take all those who want to goto Hajj and Umrah.
Dr. Muneeza made this remark speaking at the ceremony held to officially inaugurate the Hajj Corporation by President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.
Dr. Muneeza said that last year alone the Hajj Corporation arranged the Hajj of about 500 people. She said that an additional 127 people were also arranged to goto Hajj.
Moreover, Dr.Muneeza noted that people who wanted to goto Umrah were also given that opportunity.
Dr. Muneeza said that the Hajj Corporation has earned the trust of the people in the short period of time and has proved the capacity and capabilities of the company.
She said that the people have accepted the Hajj Corporation and are pleased with the company’s efforts.
