Traffic monitors program has begun in Hdh.Makunudho, Hanimadhoo and Sh.Fokaidhoo schools.
The programs are organized by the Education Ministry in association with Maldives Police Service. The programs began on 26th January and will be held until 30th January. The participants of the program are in grade 6,7 and 8.
Under the program students were given information about traffic laws and also self defence lessons were given for the participants. Practical sessions will also be conducted for the students under this program.
Furthermore communications classes were also taken for the participants to teach them the best ways to communicate with the people while on duty. A total of 104 students took part in the program.
