Secretary General of the Jumhooree Party Ahmed Sameer has said that the party will always work to resove the issues of Maldives.
Speaking to Miadhu Daily, Sameer said that the activities for the new year will be commenced soon.
He said that the “Closer to the Peoples” will be resumed soon. He said that the Jumhooree Party leader, Gasim Ibrahim makes sure that the purpose of benefiting the people is the aim in all activities of the party.
Meanwhile, Sameer earlier said that the party is now trying to survey the state of the Jumhooree Party throughout Maldives. He said that a special research on the development of the party since 2008 is currently being conducted.
“Our leader Gasim Ibrahim is a person who moves forward having a close relationship with the people. There to make this perfectly smooth we are conducting a study on the state of the party among the people,” he said.
