Foreign Minister of the Maldives has advised Maldivians in Sri Lanka not to go out unnecessarily.
The ministry and the Maldivian embassy in Colombo advised Maldivians to abide by the curfew imposed by the Sri Lankan authorities and not to go out unnecessarily even outside the curfew times.
In addition, the ministry asked not to take photos while outside.
After the bombing in Sri Lanka, the Sri Lankan authorities have arrested 6 Maldivians. Two of them has been remanded by the Mount Levinia Court today and according to sources the other 4 people are to be released.
