At the Twenty Ninth Sitting of the Third Session of the People’s Majlis held Thursday, Amendment to the Article 94 (l) of the Regulation Governing the Proceedings of the People’s Majlis proposed by Speaker Abdulla Maseeh, was passed with 60 votes in favour.
There were 2 votes against and 1 abstentions.
The Committee Report on the Amendment was presented to the Majlis floor by Chair of the General Purposes Committee, Ali Fazad, MP for Fuahmulaku-Central. The Amendment was sent for Committee review on 21 December 2014
